Current projects center on governance, evidence standards, and decision processes that help organizations maintain decision quality and accountability as the volume and speed of analysis increase. In practice, that means defining what good enough evidence looks like for AI assisted recommendations, clarifying who owns the decision, and documenting the reasoning in a way that can stand up to scrutiny in any setting, from cultural institutions and nonprofits to commercial enterprises.

This work underpins a forthcoming book on decision integrity in AI assisted environments, as well as the practical playbook used in Clerestory Labs sessions for boards, leadership teams, and other groups that rely on AI to inform critical decisions.
